US Immigration from Ghana

My cr1 case was expedited to Ghana embassy last week, how soon can i expect interview date. Anyone with similar experience. Thank you.

Hi all!

My spouse has a visa interview on March 9th. I start a new job on March 11th.

I originally filed the I-864 in 2020 with my old job info (quit in Nov 2021, unemployed til right now). I know I need to write up a new I-864 now. Can I still sponsor them via the I-864 and my new job, even though it technically starts 2 days after the interview?

I have tax transcripts from '18, '19, and '20 and a '21 W2 that all show I make well above the limit, and I have a signed contract for my new job, too.

Will I need a joint sponsor for them or can my new job work? My tentative thought is to send my spouse with a joint sponsor just in case, but want to know how likely they would be to need it.

Can someone assist with understanding processing times. I received notice my spouse's visa application was approved (October 6, 2021). The case was sent to the Department of State on (October 9, 2021). All required documents were submitted on December 1, 2021. When are we eligible to send in a inquiry regarding the status of our case? The visa bulletins we receive from the USCIS Case Tracker App are confusing and the Youtube videos are even worse.

Can only SSA income let me sponsor my wife

I need help on B2 visa interview
A friend of mine was supposed to visit the USA on B2 visa for a friend s wedding which he got invitation for that in 2021.
However, my friend didn t get date for his interview in 2021 due to covid and no availability of interview dates but was rather scheduled to attend for interview next month March 2022 meanwhile the wedding date is already passed.
1) Can he be granted the B2 visa on this current date since the wedding is passed the date when filing his forms?
2) What are some of the possible questions he can be asked?
