US Immigration from Ghana

Trying to adjust for mom who is on her second visit with b1/b2 and is about to hit her 90 days here in the US.I130 was filed by me USC and approved and NVC has already approved docs too but it says case is still at NVC.PD IS MARCH 2022 AND DQ is NOV 2023.

It's taking forever to get an interview date in home country(Another 2 to 3 years) so I'm thinking of adjusting her status here in the US.My question is am I or is she going to face any challenges doing so? Do I need to file a new I130 or just i485 with ead and AP since all that has been approved already?

I have completed all the process and the requirements of k-1 visa for my fiancee. I have completed the form DS-160 and I have paid for the visa fee but I can t schedule for the appointment. I know I have to schedule the interview appointment myself but it says I have to receive email from the Ghana consulate before I can schedule the appointment. It s been almost 1months and still have not received anything approved email from the consulate. I have emailed the consulate in Ghana for several times but no important reply for what I have asked. My question is

1. how long it takes to get the approval email from the consulate before you can schedule the interview appointment for k-1 visa?
2. can I schedule the interview appointment without the approval email? If yes, how can I do that?

Does anyone have the latest costs at Holy Trinity in Ghana and if they've added more testing also this is the 3rd time we have had to redo his medicals thanks to the AP process why when they already have those immunizations does he have to have them done every time....seems redundant to me !

Hello, I had a successful interview but my medicals was missing and consulaer said she needed to confirm divorce certificate since what I had was e-signed. After interview my status was refused and after 3 business days it was ready which I think was the medicals been sent and the next day status changed to application received and it is been 2 business days now. Anyone experiencing or gone through this before and what happened?

Please does anyone have an idea of which priority date of F11 are now getting appointment at the embassy in Accra , Ghana.
