US Immigration from Germany

Hey guys! I have my biometrics appointment on Friday, the 14th of August, in the Washington DC office. On the invitation letter, it only said biometrics are for I-485 and I-765, but not for I-131. I know that EAD and AP come in a combocard, but recently I ve seen people post in Facebook AOS groups that they had to go do Biometrics twice. Is this actually a thing? In my mind, it makes absolutely no sense.

Also, I plan on taking a trip inside the US soon. If my second biometrics appointment is while I m gone, and I reschedule it, how long will the rescheduling take?

So as of right now, USCIS is still working on my application. I received an RFE and sent the evidence like 2 weeks later.
Anyways, my extension letter is going to expire in October. What is going to happen if USCIS hasn t made a decision on my application by then? Will they send me a new extension letter?

my passport is expired and I can t go to an embassy to renew it atm cause I m currently not able to leave my county. What am I going to do since I can t get the stamp in my passport?

Hi guys,

my AOS interview is tomorrow and we tried our best to have as much evidence as possible, but I feel like it is not enough. The only real proof that we have of living together is the joint lease, but because of the virus and some unfortunate timing, I have not yet obtained a drivers license (will later this year) and we dont have much other financial evidence to show off. We dont have a joint bank account yet, but were planning to make one soon, and other than the lease, we dont have our names on anything together. We have our separate phone plans, for example. Will I get into trouble? We have tons of pictures from the marriage and recent years, our marriage certificate and can talk about our relationship in extreme detail. Will it be enough? Thanks for the help!
