So, my i-130 was approved about a week or so ago and we filed in May 2019. So, when I go on the USCIS website to fill out the Affidavit of Support forms in advance, it says they will not be accepted on or after October something. Does this mean we would have to meet those new requirements, if we do get our NVC Case number AFTER the new rule goes into affect?
