US Immigration from France

Just wondering, who can help us figure out our tax situation. Once I have a work authorization here, I will be working remotely for a french company as an independent worker and get paid in on my french bank account. I read the convention between the US and France, it's pretty confusing but I understand that for this type of job, only France should collect taxes.

With whom can I confirm that and know how to properly file my taxes in both countries?

My passport is due to expire in Feb 2022. I recall that you need a passport valid at least 6 months after your intended entry to the US once you have your visa in hand.

Considering the travel ban on European countries currently in place with no end in sight, it means I will have to renew my passport some time between now and September 2021 max.

my K-1 application (as the beneficiary) is currently stuck at NVC until it can be transferred to the US embassy.

so my question is this: Can I update my passport number at NVC already (if I renew my passport now)? Do I have to wait to have an interview scheduled at the embassy? What would be the best/possible moment in the process to do it?

I've been in the US on a CR1 visa for a month now and when I filed the DS-260 I requested that the DHS apply for a SSN on my behalf. Unfortunately I haven't received it yet and I was wondering if other people where in the same case.

I contacted the SSA near me and they're going to get back to me for an appointment.

Hi everyone hope you are all good despite all this world mess situation .. we plan to get married and file the i130 petition. I know in advance that iam not admissible (I overstayed me esta for 7 month and get back to my country) I always read that we have to go till the interview and be find inadmissible in order to file the waiver. But I saw an an fb waiver group that some dir file the i-130 and the the 601 waiver at the same time to save time as it is a long process. And also find the same information on different website and also the contrary. Iam lost If someone can give me some information or if you have been through this process can you help me !! Thanks a lot I know this community is very helpful.
