US Immigration from France

I applied for adjustment of status on May 4, 2020 and I still haven't received my biometrics appointment so I've been calling every week to get an update and also just to bug them as of why it's taking so <removed> long.

In the past I was able to talk to tier 1 and even tier 2 but today I tried multiple times and anything I would say to the automated system wouldn't suffice for it to transfer me to a "real person". To the point that the automated voice would hang up on me because it "couldn't help".

What exactly do you say that get you transferred to a tier 1?

Hi everyone iam not yet in the process of the spousal visa but I need an important information to start it hope I can find some help. Iam living in France and my fianc e is in the . Because of the travel ban we can t see each other and the 3rd country option to meet is not possible for now . We plan to get married through Utah county clerk (on line marriage ) they also give you marriage license /apostille. And then file the cr1 visa . But will this marriage be recognized buy the American administration (uscis) and then is it ok? We don t want mess up and wait time thank you so much .

Hi everyone hope someone can help me! My fianc American citizen and I French citizen are living in France . Wa want to know if it is possible to submit the I 130 petition at the ambassy and so going through dcf processing . But on what circumstances can we based our request ? Thank you

I have two questions that I can t really find out... about renewal EAD and AP. As fees will increase after October 2, do you know if it will include renewal or just apply for new application for employment and travel permit? And do you know if it s possible to renew before the 180 days before the end of the EAD/AP?
