US Immigration from France

Hello everyone,

I successfully made it to California on my K1 visa. Few days after arrival my now husband and I got married. I had all my documents ready and now finalizing my packet but even after reading on visa journey I am still confused about the form I-944.
is this form still needed ? I ve read on an immigration attorney website that as of July 2020 it is not needed anymore and when I check the list of documents to submit with the I-485 petition on USCIS website the I-944 is not in the list but it is mentionne within the petition.

I am trying to figure out my 5 year travel history, and I keep reading that the CBP I-94 (https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/home) webpage can help with that. However my information do not return any travel (using my current and only passport, with which I have done plenty of travel). Maybe I am confused because I believe that as a Greencard holder, you actually don't need the I-94. If this is the case, is there another method to get your flight history from CBP?

Hello everyone, I would like some help please. I have a friend who has applied for her husband 3 years ago using I 130 Form and she got approved for the application. On January 20th 2020 she receives a message from NVC that it has been transferred to USCIS for further information. Then on August 20th 2020 she receives I 797 C notice that you see on the bottom. Why does it say affirmation Notice and what does it mean? Your assistance is appreciated.

Has anyone been able to get a K1 visa after a 212(a)(7)(A)(i)(I) was written on their passport. the officer said my ESTA is gone forever but that I may apply to come with a Visa. They suspected I would stay unfortunatley, which wasnt the case. Now me and my fiance are apart.

Can someone explain what this means that was posted on the NVC website yesterday in relation to the milligan v pompeo
