US Immigration from France

Hello! My wife will be filing an Affidavit of Support for my adjustment of status. She has never filed her taxes before, because she was a student and had almost no income so she thought she didn't need to. We just sent all of her tax returns for the previous years but we won't have the transcript on time to include it in the AOS package.

She now has a job and makes roughly $41k a year, but since she just started working in October we are going to use a joint sponsor who has been working his whole life and has enough financial resources.

I have two questions:

1. I know that my wife HAS to file an affidavit of support for me, I don't think that it will be approved since she just started her job and we won't be including her tax return transcripts. Would my AOS still go through if my wife's affidavit is declined but our joint sponsor's is approved?

2. Can the joint sponsor be the person my wife is contracting for in one of her jobs? He's a family friend and we live with him.

Hello Everyone,

My husband and I are waiting for news about our I-130 Application, sent on the 13th of May 2020 via online. We keep seeing the estimated processing times for our the Nebraska service center evolving (currently July 2nd) yet we have received no news of any kind since the NOA1 (received within 24 hours after our application)
Is this normal without any updates? VJ estimated our case should be adjudicated between August 23, 2020 and September 29, 2020, and we have recevied our weekly emails from VJ stating it should have arrived late October . Of course, we understand each case varies but all of these estimations are confusing us.
Should we try to contact USCIS? We have already tried contacted them via the inbox of our myUSCIS account for a problem of changing our mailing address with no luck. If we can contact by phone, does anybody know where?

Hello everyone,

I successfully made it to California on my K1 visa. Few days after arrival my now husband and I got married. I had all my documents ready and now finalizing my packet but even after reading on visa journey I am still confused about the form I-944.
is this form still needed ? I ve read on an immigration attorney website that as of July 2020 it is not needed anymore and when I check the list of documents to submit with the I-485 petition on USCIS website the I-944 is not in the list but it is mentionne within the petition.

I am trying to figure out my 5 year travel history, and I keep reading that the CBP I-94 (https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/home) webpage can help with that. However my information do not return any travel (using my current and only passport, with which I have done plenty of travel). Maybe I am confused because I believe that as a Greencard holder, you actually don't need the I-94. If this is the case, is there another method to get your flight history from CBP?

Hello everyone, I would like some help please. I have a friend who has applied for her husband 3 years ago using I 130 Form and she got approved for the application. On January 20th 2020 she receives a message from NVC that it has been transferred to USCIS for further information. Then on August 20th 2020 she receives I 797 C notice that you see on the bottom. Why does it say affirmation Notice and what does it mean? Your assistance is appreciated.
