Hey y'all,

I passed my interview on August 9th and I have been waiting for my oath ceremony to be scheduled ever since. I'm not sure what the hang up seems to be considering that a bunch of people who had their interview in the city after me got theirs scheduled already.

It's already been more than 3 months and I've called USCIS twice to inquire about it but nothing they could really do except tell me to be more patient. I did try to escalate my second call to a tier 2 officer but the lady I spoke with on the phone told me she wasn't able to do that?

At this point I don't really know if there's anything else I can do to get them to hurry up and get this over with?

Any help, tips, positive waves appreciated, thanks!

Hello! Anyone working with the US Embassy in Paris: how long after you were DQ'd by NVC did you receive the letter with the interview date? And how long after you received the letter was the interview?

This is for CR-1 Spousal Visa - Consular Processing.

We received earlier today the waiver for biometrics, but only for my daughter (she's 19)... Seems really weird but I want to stay 100% positive thinking that I should receive mine in a few. Does anyone know if this is something usual?

HI,

My interview is scheduled in Paris embassy for spouse of US Citizen Visa.

How long does it take for them to process the visa ?

Is it faster to pick up the visa in Paris location than to get the mail delivery option ?

Hi everyone, I married a US citizen while staying here with an ESTA in 2020 because I got stuck by Covid and didn't want to risk being separated. Anyway, I got my green card in April 2021 and it expires in 6months! Time to file for a renewal!
From what I gathered, I can file online and need to file the i-90 and i-751 forms and I can do it as soon as right now? is that it?
