US Immigration from Egypt

Hi,

I'm currently at the NVC stage and one of the questions asked to determine which financial documents are required is "did you submit tax for the most recent year?" Given the tax season just started a couple days ago, I am interpreting 2023 as the most recent tax year. What's holding me up at the moment is that my spouse is obviously not a resident, which forces me to submit a W7 to get an ITIN so I can file "married filing Jointly". The problem is that I don't have her original documents with me here, so I am in a bit of an obstacle there.

Can anyone give me advice on how to proceed? Thanks

Three weeks passed since I entered USA as an immigrant, but unfortunately till now I haven t receive my social security number.

Can any valuable member advice or share his personal experience about the time it takes till I recieve my social security number

the NVC said that have all our documents and say now we are waiting for them to make a appointment. But it has been a month how long does it take to make appointment with eh embassy of Cairo it feels like a life time and i just changed position in my work so now cant even go see my wife monthly like i use too the time apart is so hard. Can any one tell me how long they waited after receive this email of documents complete.

Just got I-130 approval but realized we didn't enter any email for my spouse on her I-130A. Will the welcome email be coming to myself (petitioner)?

I got my immigrant visa and travelling next week to the United States.

can I drive in US using an international driving license while on immigrant visa?
