US Immigration from Egypt

Ever since my June appointment was cancelled in April they told me to keep checking the site for scheduling another appointment, for the first couple of days I was able to with no problem until I checked it about 3 times one day and started getting this error, now it would be fine if it reset the next day or even after a while but...

It's been over A MONTH AND A HALF and I still can't check for appointments, I sent them 5 emails and got 2 automated replies with no info on how to fix it, I even emailed the embassy and the immigrant section and got no reply.

I've been trying to get a hold of someone to help me on the phone and it either puts me on hold or says I'm not calling during working hours ( when I am ). Please help we've run out of things to do and we can't get passed this error I've gone over a week without checking and nothing changed.
