US Immigration from Egypt

I am a US citizen living in the States since 2001. I am petitioning for my wife to join me in the States. She had her interview in Egypt and was given a yellow 221 form with a mark next to proof of domicile. I came back to Egypt in August 2020 due to the pandemic. I have my own business in the USA and have been paying both personal and business taxes consistently with the latest return submitted this year. I submitted the following additional documents after receiving the 221:
- valid US license,
- active voter registration,
- business and personal bank account statements,
- my company's registration,
- personal and business tax records for the last three years including this year

Is that enough or do I need something else?

Hi all, I got my interview scheduled next month and I have 2 trips in the beginning of the 5 years are more than 6 months ... will this affect the officer decision in my naturalization.

Also I wanted to know from when they count the 5 years ... from the submittal date or the interview date?. because I applied for naturalization back in September 2020 and got my interview scheduled for January 2022, if they are going to count the 5 years from January 2022 then I will not have any trips more than 6 month ... but if they are going to count the 5 years from Submittal date September 2020 I will have 2 trips more than 6 months.

Hello everyone, so I had my interview at the embassy in Egypt on August 24th and wasn't given my medical exam documents afterwards and I thought I would get them with the passport but the package only contained my passport and the sealed envelope.

the problem is they're very backlogged and don't respond to emails so I have a couple of questions,

1. do I need them with me when I adjust my status or can I just see a civil surgeon in the states and wouldn't have an issue?

2. they said at the medical exam that the required vaccines aren't available in Egypt due to the pandemic so I need to get them anyway but now that I don't have their documents I don't know which vaccines I have and haven't taken when I was young so what should I do?

I can t register my address because I can t get past this page attached, it says There are no available appointments. So How can I register my address then?

I finally got my visa and i wasn t planning on taking the vaccine until i travel to the US

but now with the new updates i m not sure if K1 visa considered an immigration visa and we can enter the US with negative PCR test 24 hrs before the flight time or are we required to take the vaccine as well?
