So today I received an email through ceac to send my 1099 and w2 although, I sent in an irs tax return transcript. They approved our aos and I864. I am petitioning my stepdaughter. ee justo submitted the docs last week, I m happy and amazed by the fast response. I don t want to start celebrating yes but, all on ceac say accepted. Does that mean we are now only waiting for an interview date? Is there anything else I should be doing now? thank you!

Now, Iam filling the I-129F for my fiancee Should I respond YES to the question 43 on I-129F? Iam almost sure should be NO but, I need more opinions about it, thanks.

Filed October 4th. Receipt for payment lists Potomac as the assigned Processing Center, however, when checking case status online with Case Number, it states that our case is being processed by the Nebraska service center. Has anyone else experienced this, and could anyone tell me why they're different? The approximate case times vary an average of 4 to 6 months between these two centers. Don't want to our hopes up about which one we are assigned if it is the opposing one. Thank you!!!!

So I have a question about income limits. I was told I needed to submit tax information for 2017, 2018 and 2019. I was also told that my income for those years or at least 2019 could not be less than 27,000. I didn t make much money last year (18,350) but my current job salary is 39,000. any suggestions on what I can do without needing an additional affidavit. I can submit paystub s to prove what I have made up till now; And technically speaking there are only five more pay periods Left this year So technically I ve already made over the limit that is required.
