US Immigration from Dominican Republic

Hi,

I accidently marked I was married before but I have not been married. They sent out an RFE requesting additional information. Should I just write a letter stating I made a mistake and have never been married and have that letter notarized?

I'm aware that the Embassy in Haiti is open and have been interviewing some folks. Does anyone know which month or year they are working on? My hubby's case was DQ on August 12, 2020 and I need a rough estimate as to when we'll receive the interview date. Thank you in advance.

Is 5 weeks before my husband needs to return on B2 Visitor Visa too late to file extension?

Just wanted to share the good news that today we got an e-mail form the embassy that they have been working on rescheduling interviews. We got our new interview date as well!

We didn't expedite or anything. This is in Santo Domingo. Couldn't be happier!

My spouse, married in USA, is here in USA visiting using his 10 year vistor visa (B2 status). We're getting ready to file I-130 and an extension to stay. Are there any other options?
