US Immigration from Dominican Republic

Hello.

I hope this makes sense! My husband has been staying in the Dominican Republic for approximately 5 years on a student visa because he was enrolled in the University there. He got his Master s Degree a year ago. Since the covid pandemic happened he has not gone back to Haiti of which he is a citizen, but has a B-2 tourist visa. Does he have to go back to Haiti for the CR-1 visa interview or is their an option for him to choose the embassy in Dominican Republic? I have not filed the I-130 yet. Any advice would be greatly appreciated Thank you

Has anyone received a RFE after their green card interview?

I filed a I-130. I m trying to see if anyone has received an interview date from the NVC. All forms were accepted a the NVC on Feb 24. That process went very fast. I submitted my paperwork on Monday morning and by Wednesday evening it was accepted. But since then, nothing. I called the consulate in Santo Domingo and it says they are open and preforming routine services.

I'm petitioning for my mother.

So, I didn't work in 2018 or 2019 but my husband and I have always filed jointly. I started my new job in Sept 2020 so, my question is:

Do I reply "No" to part 6 question 5, or should I answer "yes" and use my husband total income for 2018, 2019 or only our total income for 2020 and leave 2018 and 2019 in blank?

We already filed 2020 tax return so that is the only year I actually reported any income.
