Hi all, I checked the USCIS website for their current processing times. It states they are currently processing cases with receipt date of September 2nd. My question is...is receipt date the day that they received it or do they consider your receipt date the noa1 date?

I have a question regarding my mother's case, she has a IR5 pending, I am the petitioner, we sent the application on July 2020, it is at Vermont Service Center still pending approval, I would like her to visit us for 3 months or whatever the officer at the port of entry allow her to stay.

Is that possible, are they going to allow her entry with I130 pending, by the way she has a valid us tourist visa for 10 years.

Does anyone know if the Interpreter has to be present at the Interview. Because our Interview letter said that no other person can enter the building except my husband and I. But in the USCIS website it says that the interpreter has to be present. Are rules different now with COVID. I was going to dial in my Interpreter. Our Interview is in Chicago. What do we do?

Hi! I am preparing my AP/EAD renewal applications while my I-485 AOS is still pending. My only issue is I lost my receipt notice for the pending I-485. Do I absolutely need this for them to process the renewal? Thank you!
