US Immigration from Dominican Republic

Hello everyone! I m interested in applying for my mother in laws tourist visa. She lives in Dominican Republic and has applied several times and ever time they deny her but will not give her a reason.

She owns her home, has a restaurant, two older children there, a car, bank account with money in it. So I m not sure what the reason is for the denial.

She was using a lawyer over there to fill out her paperwork but Im going to fill out the paperwork this time to see if it makes a difference. Any suggestions?

I'm working on my naturalization application (Form N-400).

On the myUSCIS website, it gives two options: filling out the form completely online, or uploading a filled PDF. It also states clearly that if you're applying for a reduced fee, you cannot file online; you must upload a PDF.

So, I followed those instructions: I downloaded the N-400 PDF, filled it out (including checking the box for the reduced fee in Part 10 and filling in the income fields), printed it, and then tried to upload it to my myUSCIS account.

However, after uploading, the system still shows the full payment amount of $710.

Curiously, the system seems to detect the legibility of the document and even recognizes my signature. But it doesn't seem to acknowledge where I checked the reduced fee box and filled in the corresponding fields in Part 10.

What am I missing here? Why isn't the system recognizing my reduced fee request in the uploaded PDF? What should I do next?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I wanted to know if I should send the travel authorization form, I was told it is taking almost the same time than receive the green card

We are starting the Naturalization Process and we just noticed that my wife never received her Permanent Resident Card. And in the application it says we need a copy of front and back of card.

Post office says they need never got it. USCIS say they sent it so we need to declare it lost and request a copy (Form I-90 at $465). Imagine that.

My question is has a yone applied for Naturalization successfully without having a physical copy of the Perm Res Card?

I read and knew that we had to send forms I130 and I485 together but my husband sent I130 first, we already got the letter confirming it was received now my question is that is the process going to be delayed because of that ? I am sending I485 form tonigt,

are going to have issues if we sent the I130 first ? How long it is taking to complete the process in Texas
