Hello everyone! When uploading and submitting the petitioner divorce decree does that need to be uploaded under the applicants civil documents, or under the petitioner AOS additional documents?

Question on the form I-864EZ. I have worked abroad for the last 3 years, two of which I didn t receive a W-2 because I worked for a local company. I did file my taxes as a US citizen working abroad, but didn t make enough to get any return. My current job is US-based and makes an approved amount to qualify for the form. I have not gotten my W-2 yet from my employer, since I started back in Feb of this year. Any advice on how to proceed? I m thinking of requesting a letter from my employer, proof of my annual salary with pay stubs from the last 6 months, and maybe requesting a W-2 early?

So my husband got an immigration attorney to help us out to submit the i130 back in february, sooo i just figured iut that on question 59a thru 60b the attorney write down that we lived together in (DR) for two years!! and we HAVE NEVERRRR lived together!! We are currently in the actively reviewing stage but in scared they would send us an RFE requesting evidence of us living together!! Because we have nott!! And i dont know why this stupid attorney did that, he cant even give me an accurate explanation of that!!
