US Immigration from Dominican Republic

I want share what I sent to my Senators and Congress Representatives in the state of NJ. I am sharing with the community. Because if we all reach out to our elected officials this can get some visibility and traction. Please feel free to use below as an template or if you have a similar email you want share with the community. Critical mass is the only way we can see any type of positive change.

for the AP when he sent in his AOS. is there anywhere is can still outside of the 50 states while we wait?

Hi guys,

All in the title. My fianc and I were thinking about the tourist visa because he has been having trouble getting medical attention due to overcrowding and general pandemic pandemonium in the DominicanRepublic.

He needs to have surgery on his leg and its proven difficult. I started looking into the B2 and it does say if you have a medical reason you can apply. He can get plenty of medical evidence.

My question is can you apply while you are awaiting processing of a K1 visa?

Will having a K1 visa hurt your chances of approval?

He does not have many ties to the country. He has a son and no property under his name except his car. Bank account with not much in it. Medical bills have been pretty crazy.

I am a bit confused and would like some help with identifying which visa is the one that I need for my stepdaughter in the Dominican Republic. I already submitted the I130 and received NOA1. It went to Nebraska. Will her visa vi K3 or CR1?
