US Immigration from Colombia

For my I130, I received an RFE within the NVC stage December 16th. I reuploaded and it shows the resubmitted documents with the new comments I added but the submission date still shows the original of September 22, 2021. Is that normal? I also know I hit the submit button, so I have no idea why it still shows the original submission date for the RFEs. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks!

My wife has been in the US for 3 years now , next month we have the green card interview in San Francisco. I am a US Citizen and we married , now the green card will hopefully be given after a long wait. I have read that as long as we have been married and together for 3 continuous period that we are good to go. My question is at what point can she and my 13 year old stepson apply for citizenship? Can we apply right after she gets her green card or do we have to wait?

My fiancee and I have a visa interview scheduled this month in Bogota, Colombia. I have been making sure I have everything I need to take with me to support the interview process. I have 2 divorce decree original documents. However, I am confused by the instructions sent by the embassy. Can anyone tell me what "authenticated photocopies" means? Below is the original Spanish along with an English translation as well.

TERMINACION DE MATRIMONIOS ANTERIORES: Fotocopias autenticadas de sentencias finales de divorcio, anulaciones o certificados de defunci n son necesarios para todos los solicitantes y peticionarios. Para probar que un divorcio Colombiano fue registrado ante las autoridades civiles, usted debe traer su registro de nacimiento o registro de matrimonio con nota marginal junto con los certificados originales de divorcio.

TERMINATION OF PREVIOUS MARRIAGES: Authenticated photocopies of final divorce decrees, Annulments or death certificates are required for all applicants and petitioners. To prove that a Colombian divorce was registered before the civil authorities, you must bring your birth certificate or Marriage record with marginal note along with original divorce certificates.

Hi all and thanks for any advice you can provide.

My step daughter sent in he I-130 (married to a US Citizen) but also wanted to send in the I-485 (at the same time) but wasn't able to due to website limitation. Has anyone ever gone through a similar process that could provide some help?

Also wondering if we could go ahead and mail in the I-485 now.
