1-485/131/765 applied for in October 2021.

Received EAD in March 2022, but it was the EAD only - AP hasn't moved. Anyone get AP approved since the decoupling has started and it seems the "Combo card" is no more?

Good afternoon , I have a quick question for those that recently has gotten the immigrant visa , my mom when to the interview , the supposed to give her the paper call uscis immigrant paper work to pay visa fee, but she stated she did not get any paper at the interview time, The issued the visa and we are waiting for it but I am just wondering if that paper has to be given the interview day.

I am very concern due to I filled out I 864 and I 864A last year before the form were update. I got a new job as well this year , my mom is having the IR5 appt tomorrow , do we need a new I 864 and I 86

Good morning, my mom got here at the end of february and she would like to go to visit Colombia for the summer. We haven't gotten her greencard yet. Still waiting for it. Can she go with the stamp in her passport? Or she needs the greencard? If she does how many days can she be out of the country? She is in the two year green card. Thanks in advance.

My mother is petitioning my brother and I was added as a joint sponsor at the time we submitted the affidavit. since then, her income increased and so did mine. Do i need to update the affidavit or do I just submit new evidence of income for both. ( she has received an interview date for my brother)

I'd appreciate your help with this!
