US Immigration from Colombia

Hello everyone, I was wondering If anyone had any advice. I got an RFE last night asking for more information.

• I originally included my marriage certificate, but they are requesting it again; is this normal?
• They also want evidence that we share a marital life.
  • Is a utility bill, health care card, being an authorized person on my credit card enough evidence?
  • Also, we didn't have a wedding ceremony, but it says, "other events", any idea's on what that might mean?

Anyone have any advice? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

My wife is in Colombia, the NVC just approve all the documents a couple week ago and we still waiting for the interview appointment date, We don't know when we will get it, she needs to travel to finish university, Can the appointment be moved to another date? How long can we postpone the appointment date?

My husband has his interview on Nov 9th. He was given a DS-5535 and its been two weeks with no respond.

I tried to start a new ds 160 today 11/22/2022 and the form from the government is already expired... It expired on 10/31/2022. See image.

I know if you send the expired form they will ask for the new form which is not on their website.

Any ideas on the location of a current "new" ds 160 will be greatly appreciated

It s been over 2 years now, and finally we are DQ d by NVC. The wait time for an interview in Colombia is less than 3 weeks according to the website. We were approved to advance to this stage on 16 Nov 2022. How long based on this information should it take for NVC to request the interview and send me the documentation. Also, is it possible to get the visa stamp on the same day of the interview or will my wife s passport need to be sent to the USA and then returned to her. Is it hoping too much to think that when I go there for christmas this year that she will be able to return with me?
