19 Jun,2019 case was received

4 feb,2020 -case was transferred and a new office has jurisdiction( transferred from Nebraska to Potomac central)

9 Apr,2020 request for additional evidence was sent

20 May,2020- request for additional evidence was received

I filed K1 for my finance. We are now filling form DS-160.

My finance's visa was CANCELLED OR REVOKED 12/2019. But we don't know the reason as we didn't get any notice.

My finance got a call from embassy and was told on the phone. However on DS-160 there is a question which ask if your visa was cancelled or revoked? And the reason

First of all, we don't know we should pick CANCEL or pick REVOKE.

Secondly, we don't know how to write the reason

Can anybody help me on it?

I have done lots of research in VJ and a lot of people here are very descent person and they really gave me a lot of advice and experience.

And I go through even the M467, there are no guide lines to explain the detail of traffic tickets and parking tickets.

As I know the speeding tickets gave by police officer are definately needed to be listed. But how about speeding tickets by camera eventhough they are not in the driving record?

And so on, it is very embarrassed taht if you chose "yes" to "Have you EVER been arrested, cited, or detained by any law enforcement officer", at the last page of your application summary, there will be content below:

SOme questions about N-400 filling online.

I have some speeding ticket and parking ticket for last 5 years.

I have paid the penalty, but do not know which option is pointed on this issue, pls see attachment and help me out of this.

BYW, does anyone know can I leave the USA to travel after I filling the N-400 and befroe my interview? how long I can stay outside of the USA during this period?
