This may sound like a dumb question but;

The NVC says to, "Include the front and back side of any document that has stamps, seals, or writing on the back."

One Side vs. Both sides

I have translated documents with the front of the document stamped and sealed. The seal being an imprint goes through the paper but is not seen when scanned into my computer. There is nothing on the back page. Do I still need to send a copy of the back page? "blank?"

Any December Filer in California Received 10-YR GC?

Hi all, the USCIS received my I-751 petition with supporting evidence in December 2020. As of August 5, 2021, I only received a receipt and a notice that tells me my biometrics appointment had been waived.

1. Does anyone know if the USCIS waives all interviews due to the pandemic?
2. Has anyone filing in December 2020 and residing in California received their 10-year green card?

Thank you!

Hi everyone,

I need some help from y'all.

I'm a permeant resident and I'm in the process of completing online I-130 for my new married wife. My wife lives in China. We've known each other since almost 8 years ago. In 2017, we started getting closer and have been in relationship since earlier 2019. I went to China and stayed with her for couple weeks in October 2019. Then as everyone knows, covid started outbreaking all over the world and I can't go to china to see her at all.

Last month, thanks god, finally I bought a ticket to China and married her (1st July). However, I didn't stay very long (about 2 month). I have not choice but flied back to the U.S by myself.

Now, according to the online I-130 instruction and some lawyers, I need to upload some material as proof of the marriage.,

such as

Property we share,

Insurance statement with both our name

Joint bank statement

Joint mortgage statement

etc...

me and my wife got married only 1 month and now we are apart in two different country. We don't have any joint account as the USCIS expected. How can I prove our marriage is real?

I do have below:

1) Official Marriage Cert (Translated in English)

2) Daily Photo me and my wife in the same picture. Taken when i was in China back to 2019

3) Daily photo : me and my wife in the same picture. Taken when i was in China last month (July 2021)

4) me, my wife and my parents in the same picture

5) Copy of Leave Application approved by my wife's employer. The reason of leave is Marriage Leave.

6) The hotel itinerary shows both of our name.

I really don't know what else material I can provide to prove the marriage. Will USCIS deny my I-130 Case?

PLEASE HELP ME

Joint Sponsor Issues

I am completing the I-864 forms and require a joint sponsor. The form suggests that the joint sponsor may submit six months of payroll stubs. It appears in some of the threads here that it is more than a suggestion. With the advent of receiving pay by direct deposit many companies do not send payroll stubs to their employees as is the case with my joint sponsor. I was informed today that many companies make the payroll stubs available for 3 to 4 months then delete them from their website. The joint sponsor has several jobs and more than qualifies to be the joint sponsor. They are asking me if it is possible to use a printout from their checking account rather than submit a petition to the few employers they have for the extra few months. Will the State department accept that?

Hello everyone,

We received the NOA1 for my wifes IR1 visa on June 24th with it saying it was going through Nebraska. But I have seen several posts saying center on the receipt may not be accurate.

I tried using my.uscis.gov to contact them and try to find out my current center but I keep going in circles with the links.

Can anyone provide some straight forward info on how to find the current processing center our I-130 is going through?

Thanks.
