US Immigration from China

Hi everyone, I have a question regarding the form I-864.

So I decide to include my last years income added to my wife's. She is the sponsor (US citizen) and I'm the only intending immigrant (no children or parents listed).

My understanding is that I do not need to file the form I-864a, but still wanna check see if you guys have a similar situation, and how it was done.

The DS-260 requires that you list your spouses children and then asks if they are going to immigrate or at a later date. I want to select no and if they decide to immigrate at a later date they can. My wife is thinking if I say no that they will never be able to immigrate. She wants me to select at a later date. I don't want to possibly give the interviewer a reason to say no to my wife immigrating. What do the Visa Journey experts say?

Hi, I have a question regarding Part 8, question# 25, 26.

I had one speeding ticket about $250 fine, and two red light camera tickets in the last 5 years. They're all light traffic violation and didn't bring to the court, and has been paid off within a week.

Do I have to answer yes on both questions?

Help friends! My boyfriend (American) and I just started to filing for I-129f. When I am filling out "Your Beneficiary's Physical Address Abroad" section, for No.48 Daytime telephone number, I found that my telephone number has 11 digits while the section only allows me to type in 10 digits( American cell-phone format).

What should I do with that section? should I leave my boyfriend's American number?

Hi, everyone. I'm a little confused by the I-130 online filling photo requirement.

Does it need to be a picture of a 2" x 2" physical photo? since it need to write down A number on the back. Or just unload a digital photo?
