US Immigration from China

My wife's grown daughter, her husband and their daughter want to come to America for a visit on a travel visa. They filed 3 application and submitted them on the ceac website. The fees have not been paid yet. Before they pay, they want me to check the paperwork out since it was in English, and they had to translate everything. I can't get access through ceac to the paperwork to verify the data. Is there a way for me to retrieve a copy of the paperwork to see if there are errors so they can correct them prior to the interview in Guangzhou?

My wife has a valid tourist visa as well as an open green card application. We live outside the US but want to go back soon for a visit. Would she be allowed to enter on her tourist visa despite having an open green card case? We'd have return flights booked and all that. Thanks!

What is the best tourist visa strategy for my K1 fiance's parents. We would like them to be able to come to our wedding and meet our future children. Their names and national id number were definitely listed in her K1 application as family. Her father has a job, owns property, has a car. They have average assets, I think. I've never met her parents.

Should they apply for tourist visa immediately and try to schedule a tour to the usa before approval?

Seems like they would have less ties right now, when they know no one in the United States than waiting until she receives her K1 and they have met me.

as of today 7/1/21. can China citizen travel to USA? my wife mom wanted to visit us, and also hope to get covid vaccinated here in USA. but want to confirm if able to travel now. if yes, what is the requirement to enter usa as for covid requirement? does mom has to be vaccinated in China or just a negative test will get her in. I was wondering if anyone had heard of any news on China-U.S. flights? When will the United States allow Chinese citizens on B1/2 tourist visas to enter the country again? I tried calling the State Department but the automated message was so long... I kinda just hung up. lol
