US Immigration from Brazil

I am Beneficiary and I already had another k1 process in 2018 but the fiance abandoned the process after the NOA 2 was approved. Now I have a new love and we sent our paperwork in February. Can this past process harm me in this one?

I've read that while technically the Brazilian government has every right to revoke Brazilian citizenship of Brazilians who become naturalized voluntarily in another country (outside of a couple of exceptions), they only very rarely due this unless it's requested by the naturalized Brazilian, mostly because they don't keep tabs on which of their Brazilian citizens is naturalized.

What's your experience with this? Could my wife (after being naturalized) seriously enter and leave Brazil with no visa for either country by showing her Brazilian passport to enter and U.S. passport to leave?

Wife and I did our interview today, the officer told us he would approve our application and suspects nothing is wrong with our marriage. We got married Feb 1st 2020, so we've been married <2 years, and so any green card would be conditional. He says my wife should receive her green card in the mail in 4-6 weeks. However, he also gave us a sheet that reads:

"NOTICE OF INTERVIEW RESULTS. You have just completed your interview. USCIS is unable to complete your case at this time. Your case is being continued until a final decision can be made. Please see below for further explanation:"

"Your case is being held for review. At this time, USCIS does not require any further information or documents from you. Should further information or documents be required, you will receive a notice in the mail. We may also schedule you for another interview, you will receive a notice in the mail. Otherwise, a final decision will be mailed once your case is complete."

Is this what they say when your green card is conditional?? Or is this what everyone with an approved green card gets?

I got married in the USA, I came back to Brazil while my husband is still in Florida.

We applied for the CR1 visa and are now in the NVC phase.

I haven't registered my marriage in Brazil yet, and someone told me that I need to do this in the NVC phase. That's true?

Do I really have to register my marriage in Brazil for NVC to approve my case?

I'm about to become a citizen and am wondering what is the best order to update my documents (I have changed my first name). I went to the SSA website and it seems to be easier to apply for a passport first, then update your SSA. I am also wondering what documents you have to take to update your DL name? Thanks for any assistance!
