I have i130 running and due to pandamic and slow process It is n't running faster. I have great desire for higher studies. Can my father sponsor for me from US for f1 visa.

As I have i130 ruuning, will it effect on my student visa?

I was just wondering, for people who got a K1 visa in Brazil recently, how long did it take for updates after the interview?

I had my interview on December 10th. Then, the case was changed from Ready to Application Received on the 16th.

Following that, on the 23rd, it changed to Administrative Processing.

Considering this is the last week of the year, should I expect any updates this week? Do they even work this week? xD

When NVC receives my packet and sends it over to Brazil, will it always be the Rio Consulate office that they'll send it to because it's a K1? My finace (Brazilian) lives in Goiania and it would be perfect if she got an interview in Brasilia, which is 3 hrs away by car. Is there any way to request that the packet get sent to Brasilia instead of Rio for the interview?

I'm filling my AOS (K1) and I haven't gotten a SSN yet. I want to get it with form I-485 so I'm checking yes on Part 1 item 15-17. (If you want SSA to issue a SSC). Do I need to send the form SS-5 along with I-485 and I-765, or I just need to check yes and that's it?

Hello guys. I have a question. I am currently married and I'm in the US (came with a K1 visa) and I'm in the process of gathering evidence necessary to finally fill and send my AOS. I have plenty of time since I can't work yet. Can I start posting videos on my youtube account or streaming on twitch with no intention of getting money from it? (It's very unlikely I would make any money from it before having an EAD anyways, or EVER) but I just want to pass time and I'm really interested in social media and games. My intention is just to meet new people and communicate while I spend my time doing what I love. I'm just concerned that since they are platforms that people use as a job, I would get in trouble for doing it without my EAD.
