US Immigration from Bolivia

So the USPS finally delivered my N-90 on 12-18 but I still haven t heard back yet when I sent back my wife s greencard because of wrong dates which is important to do ROC.

when should I panic? It was sent to a PO Box in Arizona.

My fiance's K1 interview is scheduled for Jan 5, 2021 and we want to get the rest of her paperwork rolling as soon as possible including the I-765. However, we will likely be married on Feb 6. After we are married, doesn't her 90 day K1 status "fall away" and she then becomes an legal permanent resident? And this means that she cannot receive an EAD card based on her K1 status, yes. Which means we should be filing the I-765 under a different status? The I-765 instructions notes that an EAD under K1 status only authorizes work during that first 90 day period given to get married. Any help much appreciated.....fyi, I will be filling the I-485 with the I-765.

Is this ok? ....if salary is going into a foreign account? Or am I asking for jail time.

I know that US Embassies closed because of COVID but did they open yet??

I'm in the process of bringing my husband from Bolivia, we started the process in February of 2019 so we're about to hit the 2yrs. We were approved by NCV around April and because COVID happened everything stopped. Its been a while and I don't where our case stands and its very frustrating not knowing when we can have an interview date. Does anybody know if the US Embassy in Bolivia is open? Are they back doing interviews?

I don't think they realize how hard is for us to be away from our spouses specially with everything that's happening.
