US Immigration from Australia

I am an Aussie, currently in the US on a B2 visa visiting my fianc . Our I-129F petition was finally approved, and I know I need to leave the US to be interviewed for my K1 visa. I have two dependent children, currently in Australia, who will need to be interviewed for their K2 visas. Is it possible for us to be interviewed in different countries (i.e. for me to be interviewed in El Salvador and for my children to be interviewed in Australia)? Reason: it is difficult to get a flight back to Australia with current COVID-19 travel caps and we want our family to be reunited ASAP.

I've finally started putting the AOS packages together, and today have noticed this: https://www.uscis.gov/i-944

It states that the I-944 has been discontinued, and that it is no longer required when submitting an AOS I-485 form. I searched the forums, but have not seen a mention of this, so thought it was not a bad idea to pose the question here for myself and others in the future:

This definitely means that I do not have to complete and file the I-944 when submitting an adjustment of status requests (concurrent I-130 and I-485 submission)?

Although the question seems redundant, one can not make any assumptions!

My fiance and I are part of the September filers and since we are entering that time frame of hearing back I decided to go over our application. I just noticed that the Declaration Letter I submitted was my draft and I had place holders for [insert date here] on it. I was wondering if this could damage my case?

Does anyone know if I can do anything or should I just wait for the dreaded RFE?

So, apparently we're kinda of ditzy and didn't realize that my hubby's I-94 was electronic. We assumed that he just didn't have one since he came over on a non-immigrant visa and nothing was labeled with that in his passport or surrounding his stamp (yes, we now understand what it is exactly and that everyone has one!) and put NA on our forms when it asked for one. Is this an issue? Are we simply waiting for an RFE over this, or will they look it up themselves? I'm feeling a little panicky and unsure how much this might have screwed us up!
