US Immigration from Australia

Hello everyone,
My husbands interview is finally scheduled and we are getting our evidence together. I am a little bit worried that we don t have enough. We are both young (22) and I am a student. We are currently living with my parents until I am done with school and have a decent paying job, which should be around January. That being said, we don t have a joint lease. I am still on my parents health and car insurance until I move out, and my husband is not on those. He doesn t have a license yet anyway and it was too late to add him onto the health insurance. So far the only thing we have is a joint bank account and I added him onto my phone plan. Is this going to be ok? I was planning on getting affidavits that say that he does live with me and my parents. I m not really sure what else I can get that is proof. I also filed my taxes as married: filing separately since he did not work, so i m not sure if I can even use my tax records as evidence?

Hi, my fiance lives in Australia and will have to apply for an exemption to leave before he can travel because the country is on lockdown due to Corona Virus. Has anyone experienced this and did they have trouble or success with it, how long did it take to get clearance to leave? Does it cost anything? Is it mega difficult? Any advice or info. would be appreciated.

I am confused on whether or not my husband - non US citizen going through AOS - qualifies for the current stimulus. (I already received mine)

The IRS website says US citizens and US resident aliens are only eligible. I suppose my confusion is because he is not yet a resident alien (correct?), but is being treated as one for tax purposes as we are married filing jointly.

Is my husband eligible for the current third stimulus?

We got our RFE today and it seems like all they need is for me to answer two questions that I did not (If I have a criminal record & if my fiance and I are related). They only ask for additional documentation if I have a record (do not). Can I just send in the response to the two questions on the paper? Or do I need to send in anything else?

I don't know if I'm just going crazy or what, but somehow I'm not finding the right place to look for discussions or even for my timeline to accurately reflect my situation. I am an Australian in the US on an E-3 visa, married my USC partner in November and just submitted I-130/I-485/EAD/AP all under concurrent filing. Why doesn't there seem to be a forum about I-130 petitions for those already in the country, or the ability to show that on my timeline?

Found VJ when I was looking into I-130 processing times for IR's at MSC/NBC, so that's where I'm at right now because MSC cannot be picked in the dropdown on USCIS's site for I-130.
