US Immigration from Argentina

Hello,

Hoping this has happened to someone else and they can give me some insight as to why?

We responded to RFE and TSC received 4/24, then received update on 4/30 that case was transferred. Have not received notice as to where it went or why. I ve never seen a case that was transferred after the RFE response is sent in. Thank you.

Hi everybody!

I'm super excited because just last week after 84 days we received our NOA2, just before my fiance traveled back to Argentina to spend some time together.

Maybe I lost something but I'm reading through comments and I cannot find which are the next steps. I know we have to wait until the papers get to the NVC and they will contact us with the new case number. It's my understanding that they are the ones that send out the notification to the embassy here. Questions:

- Is there any way to check if the papers are already in the NVC?

- Are they going to contact me here in Argentina to go to the interview or do I have to make the appointment?

- I've been reading that people goes to the interview with their medical exams. How does that work? Are they going to tell me what I need and I need to take it to my interview or is that something I need to do in advance?

- I see that many of you have in your timeline an entry that says "packet 3/4". What is that?
