US Immigration from Algeria

Hello Vj Family, I need Help Because what's hapenning to me is insane. Did the us embassy lost my passport or what?

Short Background Story: In May 2022 I had my k1 visa interview in the us embassy in Algeria, the CO didn't say if he approved me or not, handed me a 221 g blue slip took my passport and he said they will contact me! 10 months later no email nothing. the ceac website says the case is refused and in the uscis website it says that the case was sent back to the usa by the embassy. Now I believe I was denied the visa. SUCKS BUT I ACCEPT THAT

HOWEVER They didn't send my passport back even though I reached out to them multiple times but they didn't respond at all. nothing.

I wan't to meet my fiance and possibally go get married in Turkey. but they still have my passport. I don't know what to do. any insights please?

I need to travel abroad while the removal of conditions on my conditional green card is pending (through marriage). Is traveling with my expired green card + Extension letter enough or do I have to get the i551 stamp ?

I have filed for spouse visa for my wife last June, I am green card holder now, but I have an appointment by the end of October to become citizen,

After I get my citizenship, how to change from status of green card holder onto citizen?

And is the time consumed from June to now will make the witing time shorter or no effect? (Knowing that usually it takes 2 years for resident, and just 1 years for citizens)
