We were watching them do a second round circling back to catch old ones they had missed before and hoped we were next! :)
Our hearts go out to those still waiting months and years past the original expected deadlines :(
Dec 5 USCIS sent to NVC... we submitted public inquiry form in Nov and were told to wait 60 days for USCIS to send to NVC.
Don't know the exact date NVC received or processed, they used words like 'recently but not yet in our system' upon public inquiries.
We were getting interview scheduled right around the time of the big UStraveldocs website update, and afterwards the banks were not accepting the deposit slip to pay with cash for the interview in the new system. Ended up having to use debit card. Grateful he got all the vaccinations done last year, booked the earliest possible appointment slots. It's so sweet watching him handle the second half of the visa, as I managed the first half; we're a team. And he's a trooper, driving up to the capital several times for all these appointments. Pray for us/cross your fingers please! |

Part of it which country you are to coming from, religion you have,..etc. Through prior experiences they get certain countries and ethnicities much faster than others. We are behind you in the process but I fear it will be the same.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
