Hello everybody , As you know, I have completed the application procedures And when I checked, I discovered the error in the physical address field. I put the old address where I lived the first time I came to Morocco, and not my current physical address. Some advices, please. Thank you.

Thank you , for the answer I appreciate you 2. No her retirement is insufficient 906/month $10,872 a year She has son living with us so we're 3 household related to the chart of USCIS requireing $31,000 So we're down by $20,128 this amount times 3 = $60,384 Is this how they calculate it if we have this amount do we have to find joint sponsor just to be secured?

Amine 🙏 What about the NVC stage; 1.Does she need to go back to the states while the visa pending and we don't know how long it will take from that Stage as prove of domicile? 2.do we have only to get list of evidence as library card , drive license, vote record,bank account ect...? 3.what about the USC income,she is retired and she has assets as money at the bank more than 70k would that get us through or we still need a Joint sponsor?

Hi. Mme I appreciate your help My case is similar to what you said , we have been living together for 4 years now , we got married at March,2021 and we didn't file for visa until June,2023 , she did visited me 7 times before she come to live with me , we did upload many evidence like : # Apprtment lease in both names # Rent bills receipts # money translation # large purchases (furniture for the house) # buying house contract # groceries receipts # medical bills # passport stamps showing many visits since 2018 # affidavit of third party # Amazon gifts #chat logs since 2017 to 2023 # bonafide marriage photographs showing ( visits , time spent together, family accepting, pictures with my mom,pictures with family in different events and holidays ,pictures getting married,pictures after living together So , I have done some search on all of this and I found out the more evidence you submit the strongest your case going to be. Please tell me your timeline how long it took from you , is Yur case similar to mine ? And if you can provide anywhere where I can chat with you and my wife we would appreciate it ,if not we can keep it here thank you again.

Since 2018, she visited 4 times then in 2019 she visited 3 times , and the date she moved to live with me is Nov,27,2019 still living together from that date , I have giving this details when I was filling the form I130 I don't know if these things will make your case stronger... Than the others or not

I do have red flag she is older than me 25 years different but I have been with her since 2017 we got married 2021 does this adress this red flag sometimes it's not about just green card age it really doesn't matter if you find a good person? Ok Does it make the immigration officer treat your case in a better way if you haven't filed quickly after you got married there is many elements can help your case to push it forward? I heard that people who are engaged from Europe or "white" have good luck with immigration officer more than people who are coming from Africa

hello , please help how can i sign the FORM I-130 online , we are not sending paper we choice to file online please if you know tell me thank you . ( we already know that we have to sign the form i130A if the beneficiary overseas dosen't need to be sign , we are living together overseas)

Thank you man I appreciate your answer I was about to upload an affidavit form says that I never been divorced or any prior marriage. But I think I won't after your answer thanks again for the help I see your comments everywhere god bless you.

Hi guys please anyone can help me , the part of evidence documents asking for : Evidence of the end of your spouse's prior marriage(s) My spouse has never been divorced , i did uploaded my divorce deecre , what should we do !
