  1. Do you guys have case #s?! Only have receipt #, so what the use of that link you posted? It needs case #s!!!
  2. They are in the US and my inquiry was merely inquisitive of nature. No fraud or malicious intent here; just a question. If you care to know, we've asked them if they're interested in moving to the States permanently, and they don't want to. They prefer to come visit whenever possible then go back to their life.
  3. My 1st post was merely inquisitive (read it again). No intent and no BS.
  4. Don't get too excited and start throwing big words like "fraud" around! You missed an IMPORTANT word in your response! "It is immigration fraud to enter the US on a non-immigrant visa (B2 or similar) with the intention to adjust status." Thanks for the advice anyway! -K
  5. @SteveInBostonI130 Roger that! @Daphne Currently, they're in States for 3 months. Thank you all!
  6. Hi Guys/Gals, I've read somewhere that it's faster to apply for your parents' GC if they're already in the US on a visitor's visa. Is that correct? In that's case, do they have to file both I-130 and I-485 or do they only have to file I-485 to adjust their status? Generally, when they come visit they're granted a 6-month stay. Given the USCIS workload these days, the question is is that enough time to file I-485,and getting it approved or do they get an extension of their stay/visa, if needed? Thank you in advance! -K
  7. Thanks to everyone that responded and shred their experiences and feedback! I'm done filling out the N400 form online, but noticed that it didn't ask for 2 passport size photos! Should I include those anyway? Thx
  8. Thank you Loren! In our case, we've done the biometrics and are waiting on an interview date, so I don't think they'll mail us a card, as we'll need to be interviewed first. Our receipt start with MSC. Congrats on your card and thanks again for your help.
  9. Nov. 2021 ROC filer, but tired of waiting for interview date, so I'm thinking of filing N-400 while I-751 is still pending. Do you guys recommend I file online or paper? Any difference/preference? Also is there a field where I need to mention/specify that I'm waiting on ROC interview? Thx

  11. Question... Typically after you file N-400 (and you still haven't heard back from I-751, after completing fingerprints), how long after you file N-400 they set up a combo interview? N-400 processing times (for PHX) shows 13 months, but that's for N-400 ONLY. Is there a different processing time for combo interviews? Thanks!
