Hi everybody here, my name is Carmen, from Peru,I am completely new on this K3 visa, although George (from USA)and I have been engaged for 2 years now and finally able to get married here in Peru. We want to start making the I 130 ready and after downloading the form and reading it we have these questions , any help will be greatly appreciated:

-I have 1 son , does George need to present 2 separate I-130s (1 for me and one for him)or just one ? The same with the I-129 , do we send 1 or 2?

So in" D.Other information question 1", does he write my son´s name?

Also, here we use 2 last names, so in "C number 17 "does he need to write my son´s complete name or just first name and last name?

We don´t understand question number 22, I am here in Peru and not planning to travel until I get the K3, so do I need to fill this question, do I put N/A?

Thank you very much,

Carmen

1. If your son is under 21 years of age, you need one I-130. This rule also applies to the I-129F.

2. Write n/a

3. Write the complete name, faster for namechecks.

Question 22 of what form? If you're asking about the I-130, put the location of the US Embassy in Peru. Just fill in the two lines on the right.

Thank you very much for your answers!

In the question 22 of I 130, it starts saying "Complete the information below if your relative is in the USA and will apply for adjustment of status" As I am here in Peru , will I need to fill this question? What made me confused is that in the example in visa journey they do fill under the colum of the right.

THANK YOU SO MUCH AGAIN,

Carmen

Yes, you need to fill in that question. It is use to indicate where your spouse nearest US Embassy is located so NVC can send whatever documents to that location.
