Okay, cases now complete at NVC, now playing the interview assignment date waiting game, and from what I see there are many of us waiting for the 2nd week in October.

But remember, there has been interviews assigned that was not in the 2nd week of the month, 3 VJer's who finished end of August and got interview dates the 1st week of September.

For myself, waiting on ither petition interview date, the K3 from the embassy or a interview date from NVC.

So lets wait together , and keep each other company and updated. Best of luck all for a interview soon.

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.

Sunflower if Im not mistaken, I think the NVC forwards the files to the embassy AFTER the interview is scheduled.

But let us know what they tell you if you call tomorrow.

My Case completed Sept 18 and waiting for interview letter....

On another note I got a checklist email from NVC requesting Passport PCC and to submit it during interview. Hopefully my wife can get the Passport PCC now with the checklist instead of waiting for interview letter.

Hey gang, while we are waiting around, maybe we can trade info. Like what are we bringing to interview. And is the petitioner gointp to attend the interview also? I plan to attend, and bring all new evidence to the interview, from emails, chats, phone bills, etc. Im just adding to the 12 pound notebook I sent to USCIS. I also enclosed our life insurance polcies on each other with our eviedence notebook.

Along with my divorce decree form another marriage, my birth cert, and a utility bill.

Im also keep any more pay stubs I aquire from work and adding on to the copy of the AOS packet I sent NVC.

Im going to need a seprate suitcase for the evidence to embassy.

So what you yous planning for interview? Lets inform each other, and be prepared, we have 1 shot at it, lets make it count.

Truly happy!!!

Burnt my grilled cheese sandwich, but thought also of enclosing bank statement of our joint checking and savings account to show we both make transactions in these accounts, but have 1 problem, I sent USCIS every single pics of us together, I have no new ones. but I have 4 DVD's of our time together when I was in Paris, think security at embassy will allow me to take in the DVD's??

Also will take more pics when I arrive, I should be there 2 days before interview, so that should work. :)
