i sent ds 230 part 1 and 2 already, what is OF-230-i

NVC or USCIS? I'm assuming the letter was an RFE from USCIS, so you will need to dial 1-800-375-5283 Then hit 1,2,2,4,2,1 Then enter receipt number,then 1 a couple more times.

Or was it from the embassy? Are you the US Citizen or the beneficiary?

either way, I'm sure it won't be too bad to straighten out.

NVC. He said he filed an I-130 for his wife and they send the DS230 and all that other stuff to NVC.
