I don't mean to make up feel any worse, but back in 2004 my file was transferred to California September 30 and not approved until the following May 26th - 8 months later. (3 weeks short of my 2nd anniversary, sadly enough:-(). The only time my case was touched was the day after my second AOS biometrics in early February, so, approvals after long processing times do happen even without touches. Don't despair yet. I hope you receive your approval soon.

Take all your documents and head to your closest Congressman's office or call them and ask for their help to start a Congressional Inquiry on your behave, because within 72 hours CSC has to reply and give that Congressman's office an answer and 9 times out of 10 your case will suddenly start getting worked or they have to get an answer back to Congressman as to why, and I know this for a fact from speaking with a Federal worker in USCIS while on a plane ride back from Ukraine one trip. Good luck, 3 months is more than enough time for them to get you an answer you have waited far too long.

I don't want to discourage you or sound too pessimistic, but my case was at CSc for 10 months without any touch..and then got transfered to a local office.

Your case might be "stored" at CSC, just like mine or some others.

Moomai, It is unlikely that they will ask you for a new medical. The requirement is that it needs to have been within the past year when you APPLIED for your AOS, not when your AOS was approved. My Medical was 27 months old when my AOS was approved - without an RFE and without an interview.
