I won't play this silly game. Why in the world would anyone claim to be Algerian (Algerian-American in this case) if they are not and why would anyone with any dignity engage in quizes to test their own background? Quite frankly, the attitude matches quite alot of what I know from Algeria. As does the warning. And, like it or not, it is interesting to hear a MENA woman's perspective as they are all too rare on this board.

By all means, disagree with what she says. But this approach of trying to discredit someone's opinion because they have their husband here or are or are not Algerian or did or did not have to wait or were or were not on AP, etc has to stop.

Finally, she asked for immigration advice which is supposedly what we are all here for. So I do hope someone who is currently going through CSC has given her some advice.

I love this! The attitude "I am of the same culture, so only my relationship is real". This is the US, have you looked around lately? We are a nation of multi culture in every way, including marriages. My ex, for example, american married to an american. He sits on his lazy a$$ at home while she works 2 jobs. Using is nothing to do with a specific culture, it is of a specifc personality. Why is this so important for you to point this out to us anyway? I suspect you hold some sort of grudge against american women, not that you want to help them. You have real issues.

The funny thing about when I read something like this is that I see it all the time when Jamaicans are speaking badly about American/Jamaican marriages and visas. i don't know anyone from casablanca. i googled it. someone mentioned it in a blog written in a combination of arabic and french that was comprehensible to me (and i don't know much french or arabic). not the best methodology here.

I have plenty of advice to give her not only about USCIS. But I have to ascertain that she is who she is and frankly I do not think she is who she says she is JPAULA....She did not ask for advice politely.. she was rude nasty and condescending on many levels and I don't think she has a right to be treated nicely is she is abusive. If she is Algerian... and NOT A TROLL... then answering those questions would be a fast way to prove it...
