Okay, Finally Sending Ours In (AKA, this is hopefully the last post I make about this!)

So, if not tomorrow, then Friday morning, we are mailing out our 751 Packet. Here's the final rundown of what we're including:

Cover Letter

I-751 Application

Copy of Greencard

Check for $545.00

Copy of both licenses (to establish where we live)

Copy of our Lease

Copy of our Rental Insurance Policy

Copy of Paperwork for Purchase of Truck (including sales documents, receipts, Promissory Note from bank in both our names, and loan documents in both our names)

Auto Insurance Policy

Transcript of 2005 Federal Income Tax Return

Transcript of 2006 Federal Income Tax Return

Copies of Bank Statements from Joint Checking Account (2 from 2006, several from 2007)

PPL Electric Account Summary (2006-Present), as well as copies of last 4 bills

Comcast bills (quarterly, 2006-present)

Gas Agreement Contract

Vonage Phone Account Summary (2005-Present), as well as copies of bills 2006-present, quarterly

Verizon Phone Bills (account summary from late 2005 to Feb 2006, June 2006 bill, quarterly 2007 plus most recent)

Letter from Manager of my Benefits Dept., stating that he is a dependent on my plan and beneficiary to life and 401K

Copies of our Insurance Cards

Copies of Health, Dental, Life Insurance, and 401K Applications (life and 401K show him listed as beneficiary)

2 Notarized Affidavits

1 Letter from Family Friend

Copies of Boarding Passes from Vacation to Ireland 2006/Copies of Passport Stamps from same trip

Copy of reservation for a bed and breakfast for our anniversary last summer

Copy of confirmation for plane tickets for trip to Ireland at the end of the month

Copy of Gym Membership contract

Pictures

I think we're good- I hope we're good! With regards to the taxes, are the transcripts enough or should we send in the actual 1040s as well?

June 27/11..... Interview - PASSED!!!

July 12/11..... Oath Ceremony
