Well, you aren't saying what country..........But, yah, for the most part, all you need is your passport (maybe a travel visa, depending on the country).

I visited Andre every month while we were waiting.

Life's just a crazy ride on a run away train

You can't go back for what you've missed

So make it count, hold on tight find a way to make it right

You only get one trip

So make it good, make it last 'cause it all flies by so fast

You only get one trip

My finance and I filed the k-1 finance visa in the United States. I know she may have some trouble visiting here, but I should have no problem going there right?

I will not need any specific paperwork right?

Welll I am in the US and she is in CANADA.

She is planning to visit me in feb for two concerts and in may for a wedding. Think she will have trouble getting here?

You going to her county has no bearing on the visa. I went to visit Claudeth for a month right after I mailed her petition.

Not if she brings plenty of proof of her ties to Canada.

Mind you, it goes both ways - be sure to bring proof of ties to the US when you go visit your fiancee. Don't need any additional paperwork to visit though :P

Nini - Vancouver BC, Canada (she's the one who does the forum thing)

Bee - Devon PA, USA (he's the one who gave her the shiny ring)

If you are from the US going to Canada then you have nothing to worry about. Before I moved to Las Vegas I lived in Michigan and drove to Canada many times with no problem. They just asked to see my DL or passport. It should be very easy for her to visit you also.

Do people even track if you go back and forth from Canada nowadays? I admit it has been awhile, but last time I went it was just a matter of driving to the check points, answering a few questions and then going right across. Maybe the driver needed to show a drivers licence, but no passports or anything was required....

@MightyAtom, people/computers do track border crossings, the more you cross the more you move up on the scale, its how the algorithms works.

Along as the OP can prove ties back to the US It should not be a big deal. Answer their questions and move on, be as nice as possible. Don't stick out is the best advice.
