AOS Forms for K-1

Hi Everybody,

I just want to make sure I've filled out the correct forms for my AOS and that I'm not missing any DHS forms. This is what I have:

- completed form I-485

- completed form G-325A for myself (non-US fiance/spouse) (all 4 pages)

- completed form I-765, EAD

- completed form I-131, travel document

I also have the whole stack of additional documents, photos, etc. that go with everything.

Am I missing any DHS forms that should be included in my K-1 AOS?

Exactly... I-693A and I-864.

And you do not need to submit evidence of a bonafide marriage (pics, joint assets and so on) at this point of time. You will need that for the interview.

Yes we followed the VJ AOS guide to the letter, no relationship evidence needed in the petition.

Yes, that's right! I forgot to mention those. I do have those as well. Thank you!

if you also have I639a and I864 then youll be fine! but dont forget all the supporting documents for all those forms!! those can be find in the instructions for the forms!

Triple check the supporting documents of the affidavit of support (make sure to include W-2s of tax returns)

make a copy of the entire package
