AOS Fees

Can someone help me with this.

I wish there would be a sticky with the fees for each category.

What are the fees for AOS.

I looked at the forms and this is what I understand.

Forms needed.

G-325a

I-864

I-485

I-765(optional)

I-131(optional)

As far as I can understand theres only fee for the forms

I-485 - $1010

I-765 - $340

Is that right? There are no other fees?

The $1010 for I-485 also pays for I-765 and I-131, read the directions with these forms. The $1010 also pays for any renewals of EAD and AP while waiting for AOS

Correct fee are:

G-325A $0.00

I-864 $0.00

I-765 $0.00

I-131 $0.00

I-485 $1010

If you are applying for adjustment of status after July 30 then no fee is require for I-131 and I-765

Put everything in same envelope!Include check $1010

No that is NOT true, only certain type of cases, like people that they entered illegaly in this country!

Only special cases line where a person entered illegally or overstayed, and were present in country during certain amnesty periods.
