In preparing your packet, please take note of the following:
  • Do not use binders or folders that cannot be easily disassembled.

  • Use ACCO fasteners to hold together thick or bulky applications or petitions. Two-hole punching the top of the material for easy placement in the file is appreciated.

  • The use of tabs assist in locating items listed as attachments. The tabs should be placed on the bottom and not the side for ease in filing.

  • Avoid using heavy-duty staples; instead use ACCO fasteners or heavy clips.

  • Avoid submitting originals unless specifically required. Avoid submitting oversized documentation when possible.

that seems like a lot...

when I sent mine in I just sent the pages of the bills etc that had the pertinent info.... like our names and address...

and I don't think you need to send in bills from every month of the 2 years... maybe one or from the beginning , one or two from the middle and one or two from the end for each bill or utility... etc..

 ! I went by this on my original petition. At the AOS interview I saw the petition and they had ripped them all off along with pieces of the documents.

Looked like sh!t!

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

Honestly, I think 120 pages worth of documentation is a bit excessive.

Hi Mr big dog

I knew that the documents are a bit excessive but I don't want to hasel with uscis so that is why I send around 120 pages.By the way you have a beautiful daughter and from your post I understand that your wife she is from my native country. Our girls are devoted for their marriage I hope she is one of them.I wish you good luck.

Bless u.

Selam,

Yes, Nani is a good habesha girl. I wouldn't have married her if I hadn't known that to be the case.

Good Luck with your I-751. Well, it'll be awhile. The TSC isn't really working much on them.

Cheers,

Reinhard
