Anyone have their I-130 check cashed lately?

Just checking if anyone can reoprt a I30 check cahsed since the end of August? It seems the immigration service has quit processing I-130's and focused on all others. I noticed on the USCIS site that the date for process hasn't budged since 8-30.

Looking for someone that has received processing notice since then?

when did u send ur appl. when was it recieved by uscis? if it is more than 3 month call them.a lot of people on here who send in their appl. after 8/30 have recieved their NOA1

the answer to your question is a very sad NOOOOO.....sent August 29th to Texas from Lawyer and then probably off to California. As of last week or this week, I dont know except NOOOOOOOOOO...........I-129 also, so kinda just resigned to something in the mail around January stating Oh yeah we have your file someeeeeeeeeeeeeewhere over the rainbow and will sort it soon.......maybe.......................

Wow got up this morning and thought I would check to see if our money order had been cashed by a miracle of God or Allah or whoever is up there.

Still no check cashed for me either . USCIS received on 10/15. I just read that USCIS sent all the I-130's to the Chicago lockbox. Whatever that means.

Sent applications for brothers and sisters on 10/21/07 vi regular mail. Checks have not cashed yet. I should have sent the applications via certified mail in the first place. Now getting worried if they discard my applications to reduce their burden (in the past some employee of USCIS has done that, it was in the news). Should I resent those application? Any suggestion/comment will be appriciated.

What does that mean, check cashed?? You are kidding for us I-130 peeps right from August on - right? Pfftttt..........next year maybe we can post and say yeah we got a receipt and check has cleared the bank weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

LOL ON CHECK CASHED IN ONE DAY FOR I-129f tho from another post subject going to get divorced and then reapply for fiance visa only - that should do the trick -

filed in sept. recieved reciept for Sept. 27th(2007) today is Jan. 4th(2008) ....no word yet ...no check cashed ...over 100 days and nothing....waiting is very difficult....

The uscis website says as of Dec31st the chicago lockbox is up to 9/24/07 received I-130 documents. That means nearly your turn so let us know when you see your check cashed.

I`m happy to say that my check was finally cashed and my NOA1 was sent to me on Dec 27th. They had my application since September 10 ( received in office )

Received Oct 15th and check cashed Jan 11. NOA1 received.
