Anyone been watching to see if USCIS "updates" their updates on a weekly basis?

While I was waiting for USCIS to send NOA #2, I noticed they update once a month, usually it was around the 18th.

yes they do update the processing times page once a month usually around the 15th or so. Yes your right, sorry I guess I misunderstood your question. We are waiting on our NOA2 as well.

LOL! VCS moved to its “once time 7/29” for I130. I hope that they won't go back to 7/24 next week! ))

It's just bizarre that nobody gives a darn that some s….. is wrong with Vermont. Backlog,…. nobody tried to find a solution for the last months! What a messed up system. Not even those DOH / Ombudsmen people. Sad, sad sad! Bunch of hypocrites, paycheck collectors!

It used to be twice a month -- usually every 15 days or so. Now we're lucky if they update it in the middle of the month.

I think they update the page weekly. Up until a couple hours ago, it was dated Nov 9, and now it says Nov 16, 2007; however, I don't see that any of the Service Center's dates for processing have change (e.g., CSC still says 8/30/2007 for I-130s).

i too sent my I 130 for spouse to CSC on 12th sept. still no receipt. i wd like to keep in touch with reg you progress bcz our filed dates are closer.

Yes waititng also for ! 130 and 1 1129 went CSC somewhere first week in September and still no receipt.

Hopefully, once VSC gets past the July bump, both CSC and VSC will start moving along at a pace faster than glaciation.

you sent both I 130 & I 129 simultaneously? im waiting for the receipt of I 130 to send my I 129. when posting both together how did you proov that your I 130 is pending? im confused.
