Last Oct 1, 2007 our petition has been approved , but unfortunately we have'nt received any mail Notification coming from the NVC.

what should be our next step? :help:

Were you approved Oct 1st or Nov 1st?? If Oct, wow, that's a long time ago, I would call and find out where your petition is..

I would call NVC and see if they have already received your petition but failed to notify you. If they have not received it call your service center and see if and when it was sent to NVC. Good luck!

The same thing happened to us at CSC, Our petition was approved on Oct 4th 2007. but heard nothing for over a month, Last Tuesday (Nov 13th), We called the NVC again and they told us it was deemed lost and we would have to file for a duplicate. My Fiance sent off the relavant paperwork the next day and on Thursday our NOA2 arrived with a different approval date through the mail (Nov 7th).

Maybe there's a delay of somesort? Or there is a error in their Online case status. (the call person my fiance talked to had the same Oct 4th date on her screen)?

01/30/2017 - N400 returned with amendments needed

01/31/2017 - N400 resubmitted

02/14/2017 - NOA (dated 02/09/2017)

03/03/2017 - Biometrics 

03/07/2017 - In line for interview
