07/27/2007 : Mailed I130 for spouse (VSC)

09/20/2007 : NOA1

11/07/2007 : NOA2

NVC

11/20/2007 : Case # Assigned

03/10/2008 : Case Completed!

03/20/2008 : Interview Scheduled & Interview letter mailed

03/25/2008 : Beneficiary received interview letter

03/25/2008 : Case forwarded to consulate. NVC message updated on 3/28/08.

Consulate

05/22/2008 : Interview

05/22/2008 : Visa granted and passport collected same day.

05/26/2008 : POE (Newark, NJ).

Just curious if any July filers have been approved yet.

My husband sent our I-130 on July 15 and got our NOA1 July 25........can't wait for that NOA2

Yes, we have been approved on Dec, 13th after 5 full months. I send our petition on July 6th, Nebraska received on 9th and CSC received on 12th of July.

Dont give up!!! There is a hope for everyone here :)

we just got approved too. NOA2 was mailed on Dec 14. there have been quite a few approvals for july filers in the last week or so. :thumbs:

I received nothing as yet i mailed my I130 for hubby on 6/28/07, i still have no approval. noa 1 7/12/07 i am so nervous y its taking soo long most ppl are approved before 6 mos . 1/2/07 will be my 6 mos mark they received it on 7/2/07. Any suggestions?, i know all petitions are different i pray for a letter by next week or i will put in an request ..

8/7 Case forward to US EMBASSY LONDON OH YEAHHHHHHHH -

Embassy - case out for delivery to embassy via DHL sneaky us lol

08/10Received

08/19 Medical Exam completed - healthy oh yeah!!!!!!!!

9/26 @8am -Interview - approved VISA IN HAND OMG WHOOT!!! HELLO AMERICA MY LUV

POE- Atlanta then MCO - October 15th with the cat "GIT" on board lol - POE SUPER SWEET

Husband home finally - god what a journey....but after 400+ days we made it
